We offer a 60-day return window for all eligible products, starting from the exact date you receive your package. This extended return period allows customers to fully inspect and test their skincare products to confirm whether the items meet personal skin needs and usage expectations. All return applications must be submitted within the valid 60-day period; any return requests exceeding the time limit will not be accepted or processed.
To qualify for a valid return and refund, the returned products must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and kept in original condition with complete original packaging, labels, and accessories. We strictly inspect all returned items upon warehouse arrival. Products with obvious use traces, damaged packaging, missing accessories, artificial damage, improper storage damage, or contamination caused by personal operation will be deemed ineligible for refunds and will be rejected directly.
After our warehouse completes inspection and confirms that your returned items fully comply with our return standards, we will officially initiate your refund process. All refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the inspection approval date. Please understand that business days exclude weekends and official holidays, which will not be counted in the processing cycle.
All refunds are settled exclusively in USD (United States Dollar), which is our unified and only settlement currency for all refund transactions. No other currencies are supported for refund issuance. The final refund amount received by your payment account may have slight differences due to real-time exchange rate fluctuations, bank handling fees, or third-party payment platform service charges, which are not within our control and will not be borne by our platform.
If you need to apply for a return and refund, please contact our official customer support team actively to submit a formal return application and provide accurate and valid order information, including order number, purchase time, and product information, to help us verify your order quickly. Please do not return goods without prior application and confirmation, otherwise we cannot guarantee successful receipt and refund processing.
Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Our free global shipping service only covers the delivery cost of your initial order, and does not include return logistics expenses. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return process, and no compensation or refund for shipping fees will be provided under any circumstances.
For partial returns of multiple-product orders, we will only issue refunds for the returned eligible products. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual unit price of the returned items, with no additional subsidies or compensation. Once the refund is successfully processed, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
We reserve the right of final inspection and judgment for all return and refund applications. We will firmly reject any malicious return applications, repeated invalid applications, or behaviors that violate the return policy. In case of special circumstances such as abnormal orders, fraudulent returns, or serious non-compliance with policy regulations, our platform has the right to suspend or refuse refund services.
